Any active Pharmacopedia account can submit. Your paper receives a PSI ID (PSI-YYYY-NNNN) and a DOI via Zenodo immediately on publication. No fee, no gatekeeping, no minimum credential.

Review
Any PubSci user with a pen name and a 10+-day-old Pharmacopedia account can write a review (or you can ask me). Reviews are attributed to a stable pen name with a public history -- your review record is your credibility. There are no anonymous reviews.
